Dark

 Sunlight tipped 
 My fingers 
 Slipping through,
 Open space
 I couldn't 
 Hold onto
 The sunlight 
 

 New darkness
 Still follows
 Every ray,
 Snuffing out
 Leaving me
 Cold, alone
 Without light
